Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Opened or used personal care items for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will guide you on the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Ship the item back to the designated return address.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
